I am looking to rent a villa or house in Maui Hawaii, very close to or on the beach. We would like to obviously be nice and clean but does not need to be top of the line. On or close to the beach would be nice, any websites or recommendations from personal experience would be great!

2. I was going to recommend VRBO, but travelgirl beat me to it. I've used it for trips to Maui and you should be able to find what you want there.

They do real estate sales in Maui, but they also have some very nice homes and condos that are rentals as well. Homes, condos, rentals, etc in Hawai'i are built fairly small. You might have a tough time finding an affordable place to fit all 8-10 people, but you may be able to split that up to 2 places to stay that each can house 4-5 people.
