What are the top mountain resorts in Vermont to snowboard?

I want to work at a ski resort for the winter of 09/10. I am 18 years old and would like to work somewhere nice and top notch, with a village but also where I know a lot of younger people will be visiting to/working there that way I can meet people my own age. Any knowledge on resorts that meet this criteria?

1. Stratton meets the criteria. Also some other places... Killington Stowe/Smugglers Notch Sugarbush I know Stratton the best of all of them. It definitely has younger people around and a good village.
2. Stratton and Smugglers Notch are the two places I would recommend. They are both large resorts with villages that have great nightlife and plenty of open job spaces.
