Any good All inclusive resorts in Cabo San Lucas?

Im planning to go on a trip there on Christmas break, and I was wondering if there were any good all inclusive resorts I should go to (if the price is right) or should avoid. Thanks!

  1. Hotel Riu Palace http://www.bookit.com/mexico/sanjosedelcabo/hotels/hotel-riu-palace-cabo-san-lucas/?promoId=5351151
  2. Yes the Rui is a nice property. Most all inclusive are nice. Depending where you are flying from sometimes it is cheaper to go to Puerto Vallarta or Playa Del Carmen.I just returned form Playa and it was cheap and had a great time.
  3. Hola. I have to be honest, we don't have very many all-inclusives right in Cabo San Lucas, but the ones we do have are all pretty similar to each other and all about a 5 star for Mexico (which means about 3+ or 4 star for the USA if you were to compare the two countries) I've heard rumours that some of them are cutting corners because they took such a huge hit from swine flu, but I'd be surprised if they didn't stand up to their reputations, especially around Xmas. So, here's the list. All Inclusives right in Cabo San Lucas: Riu Palace - huge, fun, close to town, on beach, great locale, younger crowd. Riu Sante Fe - newer of 2, next door to palace - same as Palace Pueblo Bonito - Blanco - lovely, clean, beach, pools good, quieter crowd, farther down the beach Pueblo Bonito - Rosa - next door to Blanco by fancier and quainter, and all inclusive is an option but not exclusive. Villas - parmar, del arco etc - all are very nicely established resorts within an ownership community. Fancy. Melia Real - this resort is actually 10 minutes out of town. Very well established, great spa, I like the beach, hotel is okay but a little more worn than the newer ones. Dreams - this resort is 10 minutes out of town but is really really nice. All Inclusives in San Jose del Cabo - 20 minutes outside CSL but closer to airport - (all of them are on the same long stretch of endless beach): Royal Solaris - large complex, rooms, food very good, Live entertainment. I like their pools. good for kids. Crowne Plaza - great suites, tower for sunsets views, pool area amazing. El Presidente - oldest hotel but still doing very well, established, older crowd, usually low key. A nice get away and feels more private, sophisticated. Mayan Palace - Monster resort, fairly new. Haven't heard anything bad, but no reviews about food or pools yet either. Barcelo - Fancy chain resort, pretty standard, very new. A little more pricey than others. Clean, pool area nice. Cabo Azul - still in construction for some parts. Beautiful and modern looking. Rooms nice, food good. Lots of american clientale due to time share option.
  4. My vote is for Dreams Los Cabos. I think you would have so much fun there. Everyone raves about how friendly the staff is and describes how they really go out of their way to make sure you are having the best vacation. The resort offers a ton of activities including an organized pub-crawl in the town of Cabo. They also have awesome food there. There is such a wide variety, everything from seafood, to Mexican, to Japanese; It’s the best. I hope you have a great vacation!
