Which Disney villas have convenient bus stops? that are not far from rooms? which areas should we request?
we're going with 2 kids (6/4). I don't want to walk more than 5-6 minutes to bus stop or monorail. I've stayed at SS and want to try another place. Anyone with info on Beach Club Villas and Animal Kingdom Villas? or any other one you recommend close to a bus stop? we want a 1 bed. thanks!

- If you're looking for something that is convenient transportation-wise, I would go with either the Grand Floridian, the Contemporary, or the Polynesian. These three resorts all have direct monorail access to the parks.
- The brand new Bay Lake Towers (right next to the Contemporary). They are Disney's newest Villas - just opened in August 2009. I have stayed there and it is great. My kids are 5 and 7, so we look for convenience as well. It is right next to Magic Kingdom. It is a single building, with the bus stop right out the front door. If you really want to cut down the walking, request a room close to the elevator bay. You can get a lake view or magic kingdom view (see fireworks from your private balcony each night). There is a covered skyway to the contemporary, so there is convenient access to the monorail, great shops, and Chef Mickey. The electrical water pageant floats by every night for added fun. The DVC website has 360 degree tours of all of the villa rooms. http://dvc.disney.go.com/dvc/guest/resorts/resortOverview?id=ProspectsResortsOverviewPage
