Am I required to sit through a timeshare presentation?

I will be receiving a voucher for a free two night hotel stay from the charity I am donating my car to. In reading the terms and conditions, I noted that there will be a timeshare presentation at any of the 38 resorts I am to chose from. Would I be required to attend? The terms and conditons do not say I am required to attend. On what basis? It is not in the T&C.

2. There's no such thing as "free" in the world of timeshares. If you go for the stay, do not be surprised if you're ushered into a timeshare presentation (even if the T&C do not say so).
