where to go on a teen holiday in europe?

I'm going away with my mum in october half term, im 15 and we want tot go somewhere where shee could go to a spa and i could meet some new people in a club/ meeting place but we dont want somewhere really close to everyone maybe a villa where we could go to the resort in the day that type of thing also not to expensive but not chavvy etc?
