FIJI VACATION. help please?

ok, so me and my girlfriend (both 20 yrs of age) are going to Fiji for our first tropical vacation in jan or feb. we dont need alot of spas, or fancy champane parties, but what is def need is a villa or bungalow or whatever thats right on the water, or close enough, were more into the diving part of it and activities such as rock climbing, exploring, ziplineing, that kind of stuff, me im 100 % going for the diving, so if you have any information to the best all inclusive resort we can go to and spend a total of 8K for at least 10 nights. thank you much!!!
