How many hours do you usually work at Vail resorts throughout Colorado?

I'm keen to do a working holiday in Colorado with Vail resorts and was wondering how many hours most people do per week and if its possible to do as little as 20. Any personal experience would be great. Another thing, let me know which resort you prefer out of breckenridge, vail, aspen etc. Im interested in Good night life, heaps of terrain and best snowfall.
