2. I have had NO luck hoping to get a reply. Largely because they don't understand English and the other , simply bad service. It is a valid address and this is simply a case of "Mexican Time" rates right up there with "Manana" All you can do is hope and wait for a reply. I tink in all I have had one out of 8 that replied by mail
