In Bintan, better to stay in the resort or villa?

Will be travelling to Bintan in June, with about 6pax. We have intention to stay in villa however my concern is, will villa far away from those cafe house or spa services? Will there be nice sea view as well? Could someone please recommend me some nice and affordable villa or resorts. I saw the Bintan Agro look nice too.
