Los Zocos versus Beach Club Villa in Costa Teguise in Lanzarote?

Just wondering thinking of going to Lanzarote next June/July, My husband, myself and a six year old boy. Have looked at Los Zocos and Beach Club Villas in Costa Teguise, has anybody been to either properties and which one would you recommend especially for my six year old
