Does anyone know any nice villas in Jamaica or US Virgin Islands?

I am looking to rent a villa in either Jamaica or US Virgin Islands. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, pool, jacuzzi and on the beach. There are eight of us going and I would like keep the cost to $300 per person for 5 days, 4 nights in late October. I received a quote from Whistling Villa in Runaway Bay, Jamaica but I can't find any reviews on the place. Thanks for your help.

1. There are some great choice of villas on a site I will link to below. You can rent directly from the owner, and you have the choice of all inclusive or not. It is worth having a look. http://www.idealvacationrentals.com/jamaica.htm There are also some in the US Virgin Islands on the same site. Hope you find what you want.
2. You might try greatrentals.com or vbro.com - both of these sites advertise properties rented by owners, or companies representing individual owners. Some people have a 7 day minimum but I think that it changing and more and more owners are allowing a five night stay. Luckily the end of October is still considered out of season by most people so you should be able to get a slightly lower rate. Vacation rentals in the Virgin Islands are still pretty pricey but you should be able to find a nice rental in your price range. Good Luck!
