What do we see the future of resorts in the next 10 years?

I'm doing a research paper on the future of resorts in the next 10 years. Would we see more of destination-like resorts? or Theme park resorts? Would the majority of people rather stay at the resort with full amenities or the traditional hotel? Addition to my question, would Canadians travel more out of the country for example, to the US because of our $$? Or even if our $$ deteriorated, would the majority of Canadians travel abroad?

1. i would like theme park results and i am a boy of 11 years. adults would probably just like to kick back and lay down, sit at a beach, good hotel room. ahhhh.
2. wow that is a good question the poor will get poorer and the rich will be able to afford it.. theme parks?? well gas prices will continue to rise and water too will be ristricted the poor are who make the rich richer though! so will theme parks and the works be viable then? dunno though this land is being wasted and over populated and our resources being squandered . in 10 years time i dunno to be honest its not looking good though only GOD knows for sure but i see big problems ahead politically, economically too.. and not just here in america either , its a global problem, believe it or not
3. im barely afordin relandscaping my back lawn. its awful. i put in the seeds from home depot and they dont even grow.
