How do i apply for a job in one of the Disney Land resorts?

I'm an irish college student who would love to work in one of the resorts for a summer. I checked the website but i could only find links for students in college in America.

1. I am from the UK. And a few years back I tried to apply and got through to a phone interview. But never passed it. It was to work in the UK part of World Showcase at epcot. Heres the website good luck
