What is the best way to listen to timeshare spiel without getting hooked?
I had friends that went to a timeshare presentation. They got a nice time share vacation for $129USD. I need some web sites that give me information about timeshares.

- the best thing to do is search online for selling timeshare. If you want more info write me from my website and I can help with the best links to view for resales. http://www.spiritexchangeholidaytravel.com/

- I just developed a website that's a timeshare information portal. Have a look and let me know if this helps. The site is: http://timesharewebguide.com
- $129 doesn't sound like you are buying the timeshare unless that is your monthly payment. Or is that how much they want for you to go to a weekend getaway to listen to the spiel? Best way to listen with out getting hooked, wear ear plugs. Seriously if you have a feeling you will get sucked into buying don't even bother going. If you are looking to buy a timeshar check out http://www.buyatimeshare.com Or if you are just looking to go on a cheap vacation they also have rentals for really good deals I went to vegas for $550 for a week.
- Before you go to the presentation go online to multiple resale sites (ebay as well) and take a peak at resale prices at the particular resort. Keep in mind there is NO DIFFERENCE buying resale VS direct from the resort. Make sure you stand by your decision NOT TO BUY at the presentation. If they pressure you (which they will) just ask for information and to "think about it". They will say this deal is only good for today or something to that measure. The response to that is "thats fine, I can get a better deal online, I want my free gift". Make sure you're persistent on saying no. If you are not capable of warding off constant badgering then you should not attend the presentation.
