  1. maybe. sometimes its good sometimes its not.
  2. Do not sign up for them to sell your timeshare if you are required to pay fees up front. Most will take your money and do nothing to sell your timeshare. Now if they are offering to list and sell it with no fee until it is sold, what have you got to lose?
  3. To resale or rent a timeshare is a hard task, the basic rule is not to pay money up-front. You can trust them as long as they don´t ask for money up-front don’t be another victim of a scam. There are some free classified adds where you can post it and get some results: http://timeshareownerscommunity.com/ http://tug2.net/ http://craigslist.com http://ebay.com http://timesharegateway.com/ http://bidshares.com/ If you just want to get rid of it and you don't care about money, you may be able to donate at www.donateforacause.org
