Bank Records Show Questionable Spending By Kinloch Mayor Wednesday, July 13, 2011 @ 10:36AMKinloch City bank records released Tuesday under Freedom of Information requests show questionable spending by the city's indicted and now suspended mayor, Keith Conway. Hundreds of pages of bank records back up a federal indictment issued this spring against the elected mayor. Conway is charged with wire fraud and theft from a federal program.
